Three holes in lip for attaching to instrument, metal dial to move hands between 0 and 60 second marks. Bottom has connections to instruments with set screws labelled 1-9. Manufacturer’s information on bottom label. 115 volt motor, 15 AMP. Glass on top has "RLB Prop" written on it.

Wires protrude from these and connect to box. The box is mounted on front left, two connectors (black, red) and two switches (one "S"). Double green insulated wire ending in prongs from box (power cord?). Two wood blocks on either end hold up lucite piece to which a metallic canister is mounted. Written on the instrument is dividing line down middle with "A + to +" on left and "N" on right. Written on the canister is "100 kHz, 23.5 gss."
