These are construction progress photos of Building 31 C wing. The building has risen to six stories and the walls for the seventh story are being erected on the east side of wing. There is scaffolding around the sixth story and around the elevator bank. One of the shots is of the fourth level basement. Building 31 was constructed to provide office space for the institute directors and their immediate staff.
The contractor is the Norair Engineering Corporation. The photos are mounted on board, one on each side of the board.
