Found in Dr. Kapikian's electron microscope lab in the sub-basement of Building 7. This light is used for dark photograph. The "OC" is for multi-grade paper.
From "Safelighting," Kodak Catalog, Products for Special Biomedical-Imaging Applications, 1985, pg. 15: "This bracket-type lamp has a double-swiveled shank and bracket that permit the lamp to be swung or tipped as needed...The lamp accepts a 5 1/2-inch diameter safelight filter and a standard incandescent bulb, which are not included."
